Kelly Colley boasts a comprehensive real estate background since 2005, showcasing proficiency in various facets, including real estate sales, turn-key investment properties, REO/bank-owned investments, loss mitigation, asset management, STR acquisitions, and real estate training and coaching. Her financial and business management acumen has played a pivotal role in effectively assisting, monitoring, and closing deals surpassing $1.2 billion in real estate transactions. Her expertise lies in a spectrum of real estate niches, including relocation, foreclosures, first-time homebuyer support, property management, and real estate education, along with a focus on hard money lending and investments. Collaborating with her husband, Robb Colley, she has overseen and managed well over 3000 flips and turnkey investment properties.
